Fact One: Who is credited with discovering or better recognizing the pyramids as pyramids?
Answer: Dr. Sam Osmanagich
Fact Two: Dr. Sam Osmanagich took his time observing and measuring the valley before he made any claims.
It was in October 2005 when Osmanagich announced his discovery. After careful observation, he decided that the hill fit a certain criteria worthy of excavating the hill. And he was right! His digs revealed the Stones and construction which could have only been completed by man and not nature.
Much of his criteria was centered around geometry. 4 equal triangles, 4 sides of the hill, sharp corners. looking at the pyramid myself I fail to see the four sides, instead I see 3 with a ramp side which could be many things. A few of my guesses: the uneven side is the ramp side or platform to the pyramid. Maybe it's not fully completed to begin with which would be very revealing if the unfinished side shows construction techniques when excavated. It could be that that side is an actual collapse caused by time, erosion, or acts of nature. But enough of my speculation. Observation by Dr. Osmanagich revealed that the 4 sides of the Pyramid of the Sun lined up with great accuracy to the four cardinal points; east, west, north, and south. Three points of the pyramid valley starting with the Pyramid of the Sun made a perfect triangle which is another coincidence that can not be ignored. There were more but these are the ones that caught my attention, ones that can't be ignored.
Fact Three: The Pyramid of the Sun is the largest man made structure discovered to this point in the world, 220 meters high and the width of sides is more than 360 meters. That's almost a mile around the base if you were to travel in a circle around the pyramid.
Fact four: Soil and vegetation covers the the entirety of the pyramid valley as has soil and vegetation covered many other man made archaeological sites through out history including the South American Pyramids and structures. The depth can be used to determine the age of the pyramid itself. If we take the time to do the math, which i wont. But I will give you some facts to think about. Soil accumulation had to have taken place after the Pyramid construction was completed and more then likely after the civilization who built it had been fairly long gone. No one to care for it would allow nature to do its thing. How quickly does nature act? The formation of soil takes a long time, estimates include 200 years per CM up to 1000 years per inch. roughly 2.5 cm per inch, so 500 - 1000 years per inch of soil. The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun is completely covered by soil and vegetation. Thickness of the soil on Western, Northern and Eastern side of the Pyramid varies from the top (20cm) to the bottom (1.5 meter). So as we can see wind gravity and other forces has played a part in the different thicknesses. Taking a guess based on the numbers available the pyramid would be buried in about 75 cm or .75 meters of soil. 75 x 200 = 15,000 years old, estimates are being made now that the Pyramids are 12,000 years old. I would argue that the 12,000 year estimate may be correct but points out the age at which it was no longer used as opposed to the age it was built. For those of you who might think cutting the trees on the pyramid and counting the rings might give a clue would be wrong. The trees were actually planted in the 1950's and 1960's organized by the local government.

Fact Five: The pyramid Construction materials are man made.
The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun is completely covered by rectangular concrete blocks. Material of the concrete blocks according to scientific institutions in Bosnia, Italy and France is far more superior to modern concrete materials. The concrete was sent for analysis and determined to be man made, composed of local materials that were baked or heated to form the super hard construction material. The laboratory analysis also revealed that the sandstone samples collected from the covering of the concrete layers (the outer casing) of Bosnia's Sun Pyramid have the same composition of the concrete itself. The only difference consists in the inert material used for its manufacturing which results much smaller (fine-grained).

The material has been confirmed that is manufactured by several top institutes all around the world. Today's concrete can endure from approximately 10 to 40 mega pascals where as the concrete blocks that was used to build the pyramid can endure up to 100 mega pascals (up to 133 MPs). Also the absorption of water in today's concrete has a toleration of roughly 3% and the Bosnian pyramid concrete below 1%. The hill is covered with trees and the roots go down in the ground and when they hit the concrete the are not able to penetrate it which is not the case if it was natural rock formation.
